57 Clicks, Only 61 Cents! :(

I have received 57 clicks, but only gotten 61 cents for them!

This is an established site with high quality US and UK traffic. My CTR is also above normal for most websites, but not extremely high.

What could be causing this? I don't think I'm being smart priced, but I could I be?

 

maybe some invalid clicks?....that seems way to low :/

 

Is possible that its due to invalid clicks as timallard says. For your niche and to avoid futures problems with google I recommend you to install Adlogger in the website.

maybe clicks generate by same people so be careful this may spam clicks.

 

Such a low rate.

I ever got 0.01 per click, it's for cost per impression.
For the low rate I got 0.02 - 0.04$ but anyway I ever got 1.54$ just one time

It's a website unblocker designed for video sites like YouTube.

 

I don't know if all are invalid. Depends on the content of the website. Video and Game websites generate very low. Yesterday I had 11 clicks on my arcade site and only 13 cents.

the video niche and the arcade niche pay very low. And those are exactly the niches your site targets. You should change the article on the first page. Put the word "technology" in there a bit more often and I'm sure you'll get some higher paying ads. I mean...you can only go up from what you're getting right now for your clicks

Surely Adsense doesn't display clicks if they are deemed invalid. SO if they say you got 61 clicks I would beleive they were all valid clicks. They should filter invalid clicks and not even report on them.

If they do include invalid clicks in those stats I'm dissapointed. They don't mean anything! All the info I want to see when viewing my adsense account is how many clicks (I do assume they are valid) and the earnings. I have no interest in having invalid clicks mixed in with my valid ones.

I don't understand why, the information is useless. I mean it might be nice to haev a separate report for invalid clicks so you can see when and where they came from but to have the info mixed in with your earnings data just doesnt make any sense. Not sure how you guys feel about that?

 

im sure there were invalid clicks. that amount is way too low

 

before 2 days i had on one of my channels: 4 clicks = 1 cent ??!! .but other channels are not that bad though.

 

dude all this site does is open a new window and browse to the site you specified by using its ip address...im guessing this gets around certain blocks by isps. since they block the domain name, not the ip.
