Are you trying to be dishonest and suggest this poll is about a president's point of view?

Please tell me that you were not going for the "gusto" in such an obvious manner?

    Requoting for humanedited.

Requoting the question of the poll for him as well:

"Do you want America to WIN or LOSE?"

It might just be my eyes getting a little rusty, but did we see "president" or "Bush" in any part of the poll? If not, and I'm pretty sure I'm right, then the above quote is in order...again.

    LMFAO

GTech abusing yet another DP member who drops into P&R and submits his opinion because it is against GTechs own thinking.

You need to chill mate as I said before, I have been monitoring your condition and it is getting worse daily. :(

Take a holiday. If I sell part of my websites portfolio within the next week (it's up for sale) I might even donate some dollars towards a vacation for you. As the pound is kicking ass on the dollar (nearly 2 to 1 :)) I feel that I can do that without it putting a dent in my pocket. :D

It's because you and your president both have the "You're either with us or you're against us" mentality, which is what this poll is about, and nothing else factors in. I'm definitely not with you or your country when it comes to supporting this war. I never have been and never will but that doesn't mean that I support terrorists or acts of terrorism (Well, except in the minds followers so if you didn't add me to your "terrorist supporter" list go ahead and do it if it'll make you feel better). I stated my reason for not voting in this poll and that doesn't mean that I want American, British, Canadian or any other coalition soldier coming home in a body bag. Calling people terrorist supporters because they don't share your view or, again, your presidents view just shows your ignorance.

Did I miss some abuse? Doh!!!, how quickly I forget that facts are abusive to AGS!

Keep trying AGS! It's a good ploy, but you are not executing it very well at all. When it becomes repetitive and without foundation, people take notice ;)

"abuse, we got some abuse over here, look everyone...a victim!"

    Treatment?

This poll has nothing to do with Bush, nor did my comments. The question to you was:

Are you trying to be dishonest and suggest this poll is about a president's point of view?

From my perspective, that is exactly what you were trying to do. I won't let you do it.

You might want to reconsider that "dent in your pocket." I saw the auction and thought about bidding on the site that gives aid and comfort to terrorists. But it looked like US prices were current bids and not the pound. You know GTech, always looking out for your best interests ;)

Glad I could help steer you to some facts, for once ;)

I'd like to go to Hawaii. Check on pricing from Texas to Hawaii, for two. Round trip tickets, hotel and if you are feeling really generous, a helicopter ride to see the Islands. I can put you in touch with my travel agent when you are ready.

Thanks much for the generous offer!

Incorrect. Neither the poll or anything I've said had anything to do with it. You may love to see those words, but the poll simply isn't about any of it.

"Do you want the United States of America to WIN or LOSE?"

Anything about a president? Anything about "with us or against us?"

Reality, AGS. Work with reality, not emotion.

    OK.

So long as you sit in the studio with Alex Jones for one week on the Alex Jones Show, I do believe that he broadcasts out of Austin on the GCN Live Network so you're already fairly close to there if you are in Texas.

He would fry your ass I reckon. :D

Anyway, that's enough banter for one night GT, I don't like multiple single line posts in quick succession because I ain't no post count junkie. ;)

Catch ya 2morrow babes, remember to look under your bed before going to sleep, jus in case there be any of them darn al-CIAda under the god darn bed.

Agreed. As along as *I* get to ask the questions ;) I know his style well.

He's a trained moonbat in the art of lobbing out questions based on falsehoods in rapid fashion and interrupting others. No doubt he is good at what he does. I mean, after all, he's made his fortunes on fooling people like you ;)

If I had realized the huge wealth potential of pimping fear to young angry white males with low IQs, I'd be creating *for profit* conspiracy theories myself and laughing all the way to the bank like he is! I give him credit...he knows how to sucker money out of fools!

First, thanks for answering my questions.

My point is that you couldn't simply answer yes or no to these questions. You had to give specifics and detail about how they relate to your specific situation. The question posed at the start of this thread was similarly presented where the person asking it didn't give us the option of expressing subtleties in our answers. The only possible answers being accepted are yes and no, and as you discovered when answering the questions I posed to you, you cannot answer in simple one word answers. None of us can because the humans and the world rarely operate in black and white absolutes.

The same holds true for America. No one here can say that they want America to win or lose and explain all the nuances that go into such a broadly ranged question in just one word. What are we winning? Who is losing, the terrorists, the average person in Iraq, the families who lose people they love? Do they get to win when America wins?

Usually, but not always, absolutes are what prompt wars to happen in the first place. My point is that asking "Do you want America to win or lose, yes or no?" isn't a fair question, and branding people as enemies if they pick one or the other isn't fair either. I think that you helped show that.

100% because if someone doesn't vote "win" you brand them a terrorist supporter. That sounds an awful like "with us or against us" to me. I don't know why you can't see it that way or why you choose to ignore it.

I, as well as countless others, realize that this is a war that can never be won because it isn't a war in the traditional sense. The so-called war on terror that you seem to support is only escalating terrorist recruitment, actions and threats. With the increases in threats, our collective governments take more of our personal freedoms away everyday in order to "protect us" from the terrorists that they have created. How do you win?

I can't speak for anyone else here but, again, I think your poll is just a loaded question so you can assure yourself and the like minded that you are true American patriots, puff out your chests and look down on everyone else who has a different point of view (hmm, did that whole "with us or against" thing just come into play again?

Regardless, your rationale of labeling anyone that doesn't participate in the poll as a terrorist supporter speaks very highly of your character (as does the fact that throughout the many pages of this topic, you avoid a lot of valid points made by other members and just respond by making some sort of accusation or defamatory remark).

Anyway, I'm finished with this topic. I've made my point, I'm still not sure you've made yours, and I don't see any benefit of going back and forth on this subject.

But..... I will leave you with this (just because you wholeheartedly seem to believe that the war is about terrorism and the US protecting world interests)

(please read it and do a little additional research. FYI, it wasn't put together by liberal fiends)

Also, when you have time, you should do some research on Central Asia Gas Pipeline Ltd (Unocal and several other oil companies) and their plans for the Trans-Afghanistan Pipeline project as well as their working and well-documented relationship with the Taliban. I won't bother posting any links because it's easy enough to find the information and I wouldn't want you thinking that I'm only posting liberal propaganda.
