Do the free webmails offer POP? such as AOL, Yahoo mail, Hotmail?

I have been looking for it and have found nothing.

Any help would be great thanks.

You can get POP for Gmail only for free.

I am not sure of AOL.

Almost all major email service providers provide POP support. This includes Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail. You'll have to know the POP settings before you can start using it. If you use programs like IncrediMail, then the settings are automatically filled when you configure your account.
I think he was referring to the new feature by Gmail which allows us to access other POP accounts (excepts Gmail accounts), through our Gmail account. I don't think anyother provider has such an offer.

Yes you can setup it in outlook or any other software.

Open gmail account and click on Settings tab. After this click Forwarding and POP & click "Enable POP for all mail ". Thats it.

You can even send a copy of mail that arrives at gmail at your other address too.

I am not sure abou Hotmail. Once I tried and it said you have to purchase.

Yes, You can do that. Create the new account using the wizard. Then goto Tools > Accounts > Double Click on the newly created account >
Goto the tab servers and select "My server requires authentication"
Goto the tab Advanced and set the SMTP and POP3 port numbers as 25 and 995 resp. Also both servers need secure connection.

Fill these up and you will be all set to download your mails to your computer :).

I don't understand why you are still using Yahoo. I hate it. Gmail is my favorite. Now that I've signed up for Google Apps, I can't even think of using any other Mail Service :)
