Why 99% of People Give Up?

    Hi,

I have been working online for so many years. I could refer about 25,000 new members to the first affiliate program I joined. It took about 2 years to do it. I thought everything I knew to all my referrals.

Although all of them loved to make some money, but most of them didn't even bother to give it a try. Some of them started working seriously but gave up after few weeks or maximum a few months. Only three of them kept on working so far.

    Yes, three out of 25,000.
    It is disappointing, isn't it?

    - Why are most people like that?
    - Why can't they keep on working?
    - Haven't they learnt it or they have learnt but they are not able to be focused?
    - What should you do to change them? (or maybe they can not be changed.)

Please let me and others know about your idea. Have you experienced this problem too?
Are you among those who are hard-worker and focused or you also give up easily?

    Cheers!

It's very common. I used to attend real estate seminars which cost $495 for admission plus another $500+ for air fare, rental car, motels etc. They were held four times a year for several years and I would see the same faces time after time. Of the 300 people attending I doubt that 25 ever bought more than one property.

It's the same with MLM. About 95% of those who join never make it past 6 months? Why? Because people think its easy money but its work and time like everything else.

People don't necessarily "quit", they may move on to something else. I moved on from multi-level marketing, zero down real estate (I think I bought more than 5 houses), I have sold my own software, I freelanced but for the last 3 years I have had one client ....me. I have found a niche that fits me but I may move on as things change.

Don't assume they quit trying to make money. 3 out of 25,000 is not good at all...:(

They lack the drive, and cant take a good challenge, rather do something easier.

Unless you are very lucky, becoming a financial success takes a lot of your time and energy. It doesn't matter if you want to open an art gallery or buy investment property or make websites, you should expect to put in long hours with little reward for the short term.

I don't think it's wrong to try something and if you don't like it after a while, quit. I am a believer that you should try to make your living by doing something that you enjoy even when it's 2 am and you need to go to sleep but the work has to get done. If you love real estate with a passion then you should try it, but if you find that you don't like doing it as work, then move on to something else.

Recognizing what you love is the first step toward being a financial success.

Maybe it is not their need at the time. Or they found something that looked better and simpler to earn money only to realize it's still the same banana. :)

Most people join programs not realizing that they needed more than just a username or a Paypal account. It's called "persistence." Those who have it are the ones who succeed. Quitters never win..

People are like that because they except failure.. and they don't have a strong heart to fight for what they believe in.. so that is why 99% of the people on this planet are employees... no employers..

Employers are the people with the balls.. the people who put there money on the line everyday.

Old quotes "The harder I work the luckier I get." Most "overnight successes" have been working at it for 15-20 years :)

i have been facing the same problem. non of the people that i refer are serious about this online jobs.

so, i decided to scan the checks and post it to my blogs, that's a nice way to make the referrals work, works as greed element for most lazy referrals.:)

There is security in numbers. The middle class is brainwashed into getting a job, preferring the short term pleasures of security and money in their wallet to living bare assed out of a dumpster until they crack it, even though their own integrity is compromised every day of the week every week of the year. Only the oddballs dare to break out of this. It seems easy at the time but at the first disagreement many flee back to the pack.

    Ah ce la vie!
