Shared hosting in Google

What is the shared hosting in the google?

 

I could be wrong, but I don't think that makes any sense? I certainly don't understand.

 

I heard about the shared hosting from some where.
Some one told to me that it will help to increase our page rank in the google.

 

That has to be the stupidest thing ive heard...sheesh

You certainly didn't hear that from Google. There were rumors that Google was planning on competing with Yahoo and Godaddy in the shared hosting business. These were proven false though.

 

I never heard about thsi shared hosting in google

 

Dude i already knew that...Google cant get into the hosting field its unethical for them to do so, they run the nets biggest and most trusted search engine + rank system.

Whatever happens google cant get into hosting web sites as a business.

Google does not offer Web hosting of any kind, in the traditional sense - and has no plans to. As for shared hosting helping your ranking - that's bogus info. Whoever told you that is not a true, expert SEO - in fact, having your own (untainted) IP (which could be done on shared) is much better.

 

But how does it works?
