    That's going to be a host specific question. Not all hosts allow you to directly control DNS, and of those that do pretty sure most have instructions.

    my host company there is 1 option

    Changing MX Record

    Then I see : mail.myhostcompanyane.com

    So what can I write in place of “mail.myhostcompanyane.com”
