PR5 Myspace Resource Site. PR5 + Revenues + Traffic!!!

I am selling a PR5 MySpace Resource site that was launched on September 24, 2006. This site includes the scripts, content and domain; all you need to do is have a server to point the domain to ftp to host the files/script on. The domain is http://www.1stcode.com/ -- it is PR5 as mentioned above. My AdSense earning since last payment (1/1/2007) has been $58.37 so that comes out to about $40 a month AVERAGE (sites traffic IS growing little by little so expect average to raise). If site goes for over $1000 I will install the script onto your server at no extra charge. I spent about $300 on directory submissions and purchasing PERMANENT links on sites. Site gets 400-500 unique visitors a day with a high click through rate. Site gets MOST of it's traffic from MySpace now and as more people add the code snippets, more of there friends come in through the links and add snippets as well and site grows on its own. All the hardwork has been done, this is a great investment opportunity on an established MySpace Resource site.

Two quick questions because I like the site ,but need to ask.....

Do you have a link I can go to check the PR ranking, because where I am going it is coming up as zero...

Also, are only 478 backlinks usual for a PR 5 site.

How long has your traffic ben over 400 a day??

on Alexa it's ~3.5 MILLION! No way on earth that can get 400 uniques a day. I"ve had sites that are ~2 Million and they get almost NO traffic.

Furthermore it came up as a PR 0 for me
