This is a Logo Contest for a designer / developer / head-full-of-ideas kind of guy

Prize : $50 via PayPal

Color Requirements : Don't care, post your ideas and I'll tell you if it's not working

BE CREATIVE + The logo must have the name Stanley Shilov in it.
Who am I? I am a web developer and designer who specializes in Web 2.0-like concepts.

I work together with other people to build sites where visitors can network together and exchange ideas and content.
I will provide feedback to everyone who participates.

DaveyBoy - Thank you for trying, but that doesn't feel very original. The font is a very plain choice, and the two letters on top of each other don't feel very unique at all.

Nine - The Google thing is just a joke, I'm always surprised when people take it seriously
@your submission, I like that the last name feels different, not sure about the overall image though.


To help you understand what I'm looking for, here's a few logos that I like:



notice how all three logos have a shape that you can recognize without having to read the text - that's what I'm looking for
the shape doesn't have to have my initials in it, that's up to you guys to decide..
if it's easier to make something without my initials in it, then feel free to do so

I agree with the feedback of mine, i'm more of a web designer and flyer designer but I just enter these for the fun aspect

Logo-wise, i'm as creative as a slug with carpal tunnel. Ish.

DaveyBoy - I hear ya man. I can design layouts in a heartbeat..but logos, that's a whole other beast

Magnus - Try playing around with the letters, what separates a logo from a pretty font? A unique way of displaying the letters.

Kel - haha, sorry to shoot you down like that mate. I'm glad you made a second attempt, it looks a lot better but the letters are still very boring.

llothcat - I appreciate the effort, but that font is not working at all. Not too sure about the icons either
