You could exchange some links with other startup medical blogs. Submit your blog to blog directories as well as health directories, and of course general directories. Best of all, have somne great entries on a daily basis that will make people return. Its a very difficult topic to write on though unless you work in the profession.
Yes, but you will start to see real money once you reach 1000 visitors per day. So i dont reccomend you to put adsense until you reach these amount because it is better to ask for links from other blogs/sites if you dont have adsense ads.
Most of the trusted blog owners are not webmasters. And not every people look at ads just like webmasters look. If they hate ads then they will hate your blog too..
