    There is one but unfortunately i don't remember the url. I had used it long ago so..... Try googling i am sure u will find it. at least when u know there indeed exists one ;)

    Some people just want to be spoon fed :p . I am wondering if you are really interested :( . However, check this link. I hope this is useful to you. It is really easy and simple installing this.

    ASP: you will need a COM obj. ASP.NET has integrated image on-the-fly ability though, I would definitely look into that if that is the route you are going :)

    As already suggested codeproject has a few. I used one from there but tweaked it loads and loads to simplify, here is mine working.
