Just came across this site today while playing with stumbleupon Here is a good example: www.charous.com This guy using adsense clearly states to click on his ads: Site News We are up! at 02/19/07 06:08 am We are finally up and running! Enjoy the free hosting! Dont forget to support us by clicking our ads! Charous.com
yea i know...and we'll see him on here posting about how he got banned and he doesnt know why and how google sucks..blah blah blah.
I have supported you , hahahaha how many clicks you want may i click 50 times per day if you want . but googl than we make you look like this .
You'd be absolutely amazed how many people do this sort of thing - I see sites inviting clicks almost every day. They operate on the assumption that the web is a rather large place - too big for even Google to know the content of every page at any given time. What they fail to realise is how many people are willing to report them for their TOS violation. Suckers!
I guess most people don't believe that "G" scrapes huge sites like this with an algo that looks for key "terms" like "click on my ads" and such.
.... question is, does Google actually act on these reports? I reported a site once to see if they did and nothing happened to that site. And, yes it was in clear violation of the TOS.
Haha this is the second site I seen that does this. The last guy I told not to say that and he told me to piss off.
Instead of sending the e-mail to Google check the whois and send him an e-mail to change his hideous layout. I hope he raised enough funds to redesign that eye-sore.
