    Hmm....difficult one.....

you could try closing your eyes...

you could try not visiting your own site....

    apart from that.....

    Not that I know of!

There have the way to block by add server to hosts file but it may be block all adsense on your browser.

If you just want to block only when you view your website then you may need filter, I use proxomitron but it not easy to set and config :(

which browser are you using ? if you're using Firefox, download and install the extension called AdBlocker addons.mozilla.org/firefox/10/

If you're using Opera, then try this: technobeta.com/posts/new-ads-list-for-opera/

Can disable javascript on your browser, but it creates few problems on other sites..

Just be careful and you won't click on you own ads. Its pretty easy when you get use to it.

The easiest way to do it in Windows is to edit your "hosts" file - depending on your version of Windows, you'll probably find this here:

    c:\windows\hosts
    c:\windows\system\hosts
    c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts

The hosts file is a plain text file - open it in Windows Notepad and enter the following line:

    127.0.0.1 pagead2.googlesyndication.com

If you cannot find your hosts file, create it in Notepad and make the code above the first line.

Close all your browsers and reopen them - Adsense ads should now be blocked. That solution should work in recent versions of IE and FF.

That solution works on OS basis so it's browser independent. You simply won't be able to access pagead2.googlesyndication.com from any program.
