    I have a PR4 travel tips and article web site that I would like to sell.

    The site has no revenue or traffic to speak of at the moment but here is what is included with the sale ;

    Custom Backend, PR4 Domain name, 10 article already entered (not unique).

    The custom backend is very simple and allows you to add/edit and delete all articles on the web site. See the screenshot for a preview.

    The articles and site bring in some very well paying adsense keywords so making the initial price of the site should be no problem for anyone who has a means of sending traffic to this web site. I am selling again due to time issues.

    I would like to start the bidding at $40 ...

    Yes Skellig no backlinks, the domain is a valid PR4 since the last update. The new owner will be responsible for upkeeping the PR which at PR4 should be fairly easy.

    It is an expired domain re-registered hence the backlinks going.
