You can verify by their any 3 method or all. Then your limit will be

    EUR 1000 + 2500 + 1500 + 2500

I have completed them all and my limit is around INR 4,00,000 which is $3500+

If you want to lift your outgoing transaction limit then you have to verify yourself with them. I have verified myself through postal address and now my limit is around INR 393323.64 / in any 90 day period. I am happy with that.

    :)

Another limitation found at Moneybookers is the inability to get rid of old email addresses.

Limited to five, four of those I listed are outdated since more than three years ago

As far as I know: your moneybookers limits will become bigger if you use your account. Also , after making some transactions (in/out) you can ask for it via support...

    w3bmaster,
Only certain CC work with MB - if you have a MAstero card, it won't work.
The letter from the back is the longest possibility to increase your email.
The bank account thing is the easiest....

Yeah, this happened to me when I accidentally signed up for a dupe account when I couldn't remember the OLD email. I had the account for like 5 years and last year I got all confused because I only used the account like ONE time and that was to buy some viagra from china... NOT REALLY... but I did use the account for an Out of USA purchase ...

Anyhow, I contacted them when my banking info would not work in the new account, so they told me to go back to account number one and just ignore account number two (recent). They also said they would NEVER delete any email addresses from accounts. Sooo. I was not able to associate the email addy that I used in account number two with account number one. Jeez it was a confusing mess.

I had verified the new account and everything, but since the original account had more of my banking info in it, I had to basically start over with that address verification process. It only takes about a week.

You'll get an ordinary letter in the postal mail with a secret number on it. Then you log in to the website and enter it and voila. You're ready to withdraw your millions :p

If you have a valid Visa CC and having trouble uploading your funds, you should contact their support as that's not something normal.

Something bust be wrong with your CC or may be something at their end but you should clear this with them. Upload funds to MB using CC is the best way to go.

w3bmaster, check some romanian forums or websites regarding the Visa CC cards that are accepted with MB.
If others claimed that the same card it worked, then you need to contact them.

Their support through ticket system works perfectly IMO. And regarding their contact info it is there under contact at their website.
