If you get one of your parents or brothers to use their information to sign up for Adsense, and then use the sites that you've made yourself, is it illegal?

I don't see any probs w/ that except that you're gonna need that person's ID everytime you wanted to collect cheque.

it is not actually illegal as long as you don't commit copying everything else that's theirs. but if you have a choice other that using it to deceive people and it is your motive, then i would suggest that you do not.;)

Google sends a 1099 to whomever is listed on the account. That gets reported to the IRS for tax purposes.

I don't think it is illegal. But like mjewel said a 1099 will need to be filled out, and their will be tax implications for whoever's info you use. It will be reported as additional income, and they will have to pay tax on it.

Not illegal as in against the law. AdSense couldn't prove one way or the other.

Like everyone else said - if you sign up under someone else's name it is their account. You must have that person's permission to sign up under their name. If you screw up and get banned, that person is the one who is banned. If you make money (your goal, right), the person who's name it is under is going to owe taxes on it.

I don't know why you want to do this, but if it is because you were banned, signing up under a relative's name isn't going to help you - when Google figures out it's you, the new account will be banned too.
