Bump up what you're willing to pay or buy very large quantities and we can talk. I charge $7.50 CPM for pop-unders. $4 CPM for leaderboards, and $3 CPM for skyscrapers on my motorcycle e-zine with a US based audience. I am willing to discount for large purchases. $1.50 CPM would require a very large purchase. PM me for my media kit and we'll see what we can do

I don't mean to sound rude here, but as I said earlier if you cannot offer what I have requested stay out of the thread. I have received plenty of good offers, and have purchased a significant amount of traffic. If you can offer what I need at the price I need then contact me, otherwise please do not do so.
