Thanks. What should I put in the email? Should I include the exact email that adlogger automatically sent me saying that the person clicked 25 times? Should I mention that I use adlogger?

There is a option in adlogger where you can set how much max clicks can be made by a visitor (IP) in 24 hours. Ads will not will displayed to user if he clicks more than the set nos e.g. 2/3/4

I actually did that, I believe it was set to 6 clicks over a 3 hour period, but it seems that it doesn't work. I actually tweaked it to 6 clicks over 3 hrs after installing the adlogger code, does that matter or do I have to reinstall the code again?

Should I mention about adlogger when emailing google?

I think 6 click in 3 hour is too much. You can change it from setup option.

If you can't figure that out on your own you don't deserve an AdSense account.

    1) mentioning AdLogger will NOT get you banned
    2) "blocking" ads in AdLogger only works on PHP pages AND you must put the "wrapper" code around all the ads
    3) 25 clicks may not be that high, depending on your traffic AND, remember that AdLogger over-counts clicks (it will count a 'mouseover' as a click) - so that person may not have actually clicked that many times

I've mentioned AdLogger to AdSense support before with no problem. Their position is that they don't endorse or approve any third party click trackers, but they don't have a problem with them.

About Google's view on 3rd party software to track clicks - one email I sent to the support team at the very start was "which tracking service could I use". Although the support person did not tell me directly as to which I could use, he gave me a Google Search query and related tags!

    Hello!

1- Remember Adloger is Mouseover, maybe this ip made click on the ads or maybe not.

2- Block ip on your .htaccess
    IE:
    order allow,Deny
    Deny from XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX
    allow from all

3- If you want, send an email to Adsense

    Best regards,
    Jakomo

Yes thats correct... but dont hesitate to contact them.. and notify them your finding and tell them to void the invaid clicks (if any) and it will be fine. Do it ASAP.

It could be a false alert.

Sometimes Adlogger would detect myself clicking on the ads.

But it's not possible! I was just surfing the pages.
