If it doesnt matter how the traffic gets there, you could always act like the site is a proxy and make sure Iran and Korea knows about it... you'll get tens of thousands of hits.

Dave, not to worry. This is not an individual project as I am still trying to gather as much information as possible. Money isn't an issue for the client, but rather hitting the correct demographics when the ad campaign goes full gear. It is very likely to be a high CPM spend with strong creatives on the right media networks. Some of you have painted an accurate picture of the spend levels necessary to attain these figures, as the client has already set aside this type of budget in order to make the launch successful. Tv, Radio, Magazines, Press Release, RSS, Blogs, PPC, SEM, Podcasts, Youtube, myspace, General Ad Space, SMS... I think that would more than cover your needs. Just make sure the site is worth it. Guesstimate: 25-50 K/month (Depending on costs of tv and radio spots, magazines and SEM could be big too.) Those combined... I think will deliver a lot more than your average 3m. If done right, your investment multiplies itself, but you have to have the money to start. GL
