Better to let Google find your site via backlinks. Do you have inbound links to your site ?
Put one in your sig on DP, Google will find you soon.

No need to submit your site to Google. Just get more inbound link on your site that' the key.:)

Yep ... don't submit to google webmasters - add url (NEVER) ... just make one PR3 or bigger PR site point to your website

submitting your site to the google submit is the oldest and worst way to be inside the google . making link exhange or adding your link to your forum signatures will be faster index for you ;)

Took about 72 hrs. for my new site to show and get indexed by both google and yahoo. Brand new domain too. It matters from which site u get ur backlink from , this is the 3rd domain that took only 72 hrs to get indexed with backlinks from only 2 of my other sites.

    Regards

Submit to directories. You will get indexed. To get a deep crawl and start getting rankings it will take some time however.

Should be soon after that, unless your domain is banned or sandboxed

Depends, but if you continue building backlinks, your site would be indexed faster. :)

I have some blogs indexed within 2 weeks & some are not index after 2 months - all submitted via Google submit links. It is not clear the how they evaluate. Anyhow use some backlinks if you are after quick results.

Put your link signature on forums for fastest indexing. And submit your site to web directories.
