They automatically deactivate accounts that haven't generated any commissions in the last 6 months. They won't reactivate it, you need to open another account.

Yup. That happened to my first account. It actually gave me a little bit of drive to generate some commissions. :)

    Start over and try again.

yes i think it's ok. it's really hard to make a sale if your site is new. I hope they increase that to a year.

I think they disable account after 6 months of inactivity or not making a sale.

When you open up a new account with CJ, you will also have to reapply for all your merchants. A pain, but it's worth.

You see... the same thing happened to me and I called them and they said that i didn't' answer some e-mail they sent me about asking me where i was getting my traffic from. I just sent them an e-mail. Do you guys think they will reply to these e-mails people send them? I don't think its right for them to know what you're doing to get traffic if its your own secret kinda thing... why do they have to know? but .. anyways... hopefully they can activate my accounts again.

Has anyone had their account activated again after its been deactivated?

Just make small purchase yourself at least once every 6 months if you aren't making any sales so you do not have to go through opening another account.
