    No. YPN is only available to US users. It will probably go global one day, but nobody knows when.

    I called and spoke to them about this last night - the guy on the phone told me to block YPN ads from showing to people outside the usa - although he couldn't tell me how to do it - and he said that if i didn't - and there was a lot of clicks from intl - they would close my account.
