Hi all, At first, sorry for my english As all know google adsense code is open and anybody can take it and place in any page. I think that it's easy way to ban any adsense account. Somebody can get your code, places on him site (page) and violates a adsense rules (clicks on ads, place code on previously banned site for invalid clicks - many different ways). All your arguments such as i dont know this site, domain, hosting dont have effect to support team. What do you think about it?
No, Google is pretty understanding about this, at least judging by what some people in the past have said about this; so they should be. I mean, if someone steals your adsense code, there is not much you can do about it other than explain to them what happened. I am sure they would be fairly understanding about this.
I would guess it depends on how trust google assumes they can put in you. If you have a site which is rather large with an active community, they will probably assume you aren't a fly by night webmaster looking to make a quick buck. But yeah, I could see that as a possible issue, good reason not to make anyone mad at you. I also have faith that anyone that isn't doing these tactics in the most professional sense (all bases covered) will be easily exposed by google's vast amount of information about their users (via cookies, ips, search queries, emails, no telling what all else they can correlate onto their users, etc) .
I think that you mistake. Google banned much account and owners didnt violate rules! Google better ban 1 innocent and 9 guilty than vice versa.
when a user steals your adsense code and publishes it on say a website related to pornogrophy. how would you find out in the first place? one would notice a few clicks on your adsense but how would you identify the adsense clicks are not coming from your own website? if you have more than a 1000 users visiting your site its extremely hard to go through the logs and identify any strange activity expecially related to adsense clicks. honestly i think most ppl who complain they were banned for "nothing" are victims of stolen adsense code.
channels wont protect you from getting your publisher id stolen...all you need is the pub-id line and the rest of the code is generic.
well thats incorrect! Google anti fraud system can automaticaly check domain whois, ip logs, cookies and so on.
Ahh, do you think is it hard to change the whois details?? Google should consider this matter and try to change their codes hiding the pub-id publicaly...
What really gets you banned if someone click attacks you and you don't report :/, Your supposed to report any odd activity as soon as your aware of it.
Reported the Matter to GOogle On this i got that their team offered to shift my google id and account .
I think Google can figure out if someone was trying to fool with your ad.. code... there are many ways to figure that out.
True, this might work, but if you, as the AdSense account holder, explain to Google what is going on, they will be more than willing to work with you in resolving the problem - and unbanning your account.
Google CAN figure out the stolen code and whatnot, but a lot of times they won't.. why? they want money.... heh. It's the end of trhe month, you got a few hundred in account about to be delievered. you get banned? you lose. probably won't reinstate your account... They have to be somewhat leaniant in these things.
