Help Transfering SQL databases

    I have 3 sites that I am transfering to a new host.

    They are all relatively small sites, all less than a month old.

    2x Pligg
    1x phpld

    I am willing to send a couple of $ your way via paypal, if you are able to do this for me. I have spent almost 2 hours trying to do it, I have worked out how to do most of this, and I am nearly there, thank you for your help I would be most grateful.
