That's odd. Why would Google send you to a site that's optimized for "no German goat porn"?

Unless it's another example of stemming and semantic search. Now that I think about it, DP is also optimized for "vicious panties" - I'm sure that pops up as "related sites" for the German goat porn sites...

I think it was one of Nintendo's threads. But I don't really remember.

That makes sense. It was probably in one of Nintendo's love notes to either Cute Larry or Blobmaster...

It does raise another question though, which is the one about why you were searching for German goat porn to begin with. That might be better answered in another thread, though, or another forum, in a galaxy far far away...

You went to google in the first place to to run ads on ur site, then either you violate TOS or did click fraud, knowingly or unknowingly, by you or enemy... Now you want to take google to court.....

Hmmm..... Why don't people understand.... Google has to keep the best interest of the Advertisers FIRST

Well there certainly are a bunch of negative nellies in the world and I think forums like this attract about 99 percent of them. Honestly I just got banned and never violated Google's rules in any way shape or form. I am a small time webmaster trying my best to publish good honest sites. Truth is Google doesn't get that big by being moral or doing things right. The Bible says it's very hard for a rich man to get into Heaven and I'm glad I'm not rich but Google owes me $185 and as far as I'm concerned they stole it from me. They say it goes back to the advertisers and you believe that if you want but truth is they never told me what I violated and darn sure never gave any specifics to even which of my websites that supposibly commited clickfraud. I got the same email thousands of small time webmasters get because they are probably tired of dealing with the "little guys". They surely don't make much money from me right? I'd love to join a class action lawsuit but I'm afraid this thread is too old now unfortunately.

    IMO
It'll be hard to prove in a court of law "... your site was created for AdSense..", since we know what lawyers can do.

I don't know if this guy is right or wrong, but I do know people (from this board + others) who were banned from AdSense and they have done no wrong on their part.

Just because he's talking things that some find not quite appropriate for his case, doesn't mean he's wrong. .
We're people and as such we're not perfect. We make mistakes. Google's employees make mistakes too.

When they ban you, they generally have a good reason. If you feel that you were wronged, you have two options as I see it:

    1. Appeal to them (one of the DP members here has done this and was sucessful --- search the subject)
    2. Move on.
