I'll admit there's no such thing as no corruption, but you cannot deem EVERYTHING that EVERYBODY in the government does "corrupt", or whatever. That's what I'm trying to say.
The opposite of bureaucracy in times where speed is of the essence? In every endeavor, there is always a percentage of money in large expenditures that is not easily accounted for. What's that overall percentage? Money "supposedly" lost divided by total number spent? Why do you pretend to care, gworld? We know how you feel about America, soldiers and Iraqis. I've never shown any such thing. What I have shown, time and again, is how you sit on a forum bashing America, Christians, Jews, Soldiers and dmoz while starting threads in support of members of al qaida, making excuses for Iran at every turn, with never a bad word for terrorists. It seems terrorists, those that are hell bent on death and destruction, are the only ones not subject to your persistent ridicule.
