Looking for all free and paid phpld templates site owners attention and help..

I am compiling a list of all those sites that offer free phpld templates for downloads, paid and custom templates. Either post the same here or at
http://www.dmoz-resource-zone.com/forums/showthread.php?p=102#post102

Please note sites like aviva and Phpldowners.com. do not qualify cause if i am not mistaken they either buy templates of others or just provide sources for downloads. I require codes/designers to come forth and will post a direct link to their sites on that list. Its a small appraisal for all the designers and coders of phpld templates.

Many templates I have on Aviva were originally on sites that you've deemed worthwhile by including them in your list. I'm not sure why purchasing them and moving them to my site suddenly makes them less worthwhile. Perhaps you could clarify this.

 

Did you code them onlinedude, are they actually coded and designed by aviva?

I am appraising all the coders and designers that put efforts in bringing new templates out. Nothing against you or aviva at all. Just that the objective does not put aviva on the list unless i am mistaken , i would like someone to correct me if that is the case.

By your logic, if balkanboy had a site with these templates on it, it would qualify for your list. But as it is part of my site, it does not qualify.

 

You post does not make any sense.

A source for a download is a source for a download. Why you wouldn't want to include those sites that offer sources for downloading templates, just doesn't make sense.

 

Oh yes it will , look at http://www.idk.in/templates.php, its listed, even though only 2 templates there, its still smub's work. Inner pages, subdomains does not matter as long as you created it yourself or coded it for anyone else does not matter either as long as you coded it and have a place where users can download it another example http://www.realwd.com/phpld-real-blue.html .
But if aviva codes templates themselves i would be more than happy to include it, its not going to include sites "that are sources of download" i might have stated it in an improper fashion before. Sorry about that. If blankaboy owns avia , I do not see why i would not list aviva. Getting a sponsored link on a template is another thing and coding it another.

@ anon dont you have a site also where you code and design and offer free and paid templates, would like to put it there also.

And sorry if post didnt make sense, i am noob when it comes to making sense.

Balkanboy creates free phpld templates and chooses to distribute them exclusively through Aviva. That met all of your previous requirements.

Now, you've suddenly added in an "ownership requirement." Well, the fact is that Aviva is owned by a corporation and the shareholders are not publicly disclosed. So really, you don't know who the owners are, and you don't know whether or not balkanboy is a shareholder.

So, I don't see how you can exclude Aviva from your list as you don't know whether any of the templates were created by any of the shareholders.

And for the sake of argument, assume that balkanboy isn't a shareholder, and then he purchased a .00000001% equity stake in Aviva, thereby making him an owner of Aviva. All of a sudden Aviva would now qualify for your list. Does that really make sense?

Regarding Aviva listing I must say IMHO if a page as downloads that can not be found anywhere else should be listed regardless of being original/coded/bought etc..

 

Hmm ask but it leaves sites like http://www.allphpld.com/ and other coding sites into dark, cause great sites like aviva have lots of templates for downloads, and leaves other designers go unoticed , its for a little exposure for those sites that i am aiming at. Every site and coder loves to get small thank u note once in a while.

But if aviva actually gets invovled in coding and designing for templates i do not see why it will not be listed.

I see only aviva discussion , but what about http://www.phpldowners.com/ ?
Shall i than include that also ? Sites for downloads are lot , but i am aiming at sites where users can go and maybe request for custom work or help, not just downloads.Which reminds me i forgot to add http://www.emillie.net/blog/ to my list.

Just an update now i have a new sticky on forums for those sites providing downloads for the templates and are not involved with the coding and designing cause like ask said they should be listed too and i feel that they support the phpld community too.

Onlinedude i have added aviva there. If anyone needs an anchor text change do let me know or post on the forum itself.
