2 question:

Are you the owner of all account?

Are these account being use by "real" people, or their only purpose is to sell service like this? (which mean if all 50 site has exactly the same set of link)

I too would like some clarification on how the submits are done as far as IPs, accounts etc. Please elaborate

Whatever you do DON'T contact digg. They will ban all your sites and maybe other peoples in this thread.

If you want to run this sort of service thats up to you but be aware it is against diggs TOS and they won't like it.

 

It's definitely not illegal. Digg probably does not like it but there is nothing illegal in doing that.

 

I was at the FOWA conference yesterday and saw Kevin Rose of Digg speak, and he was showing some tools they use to identify patterns in repeat diggs...

they obviously got some smart boys on the job... (not saying anything either way
