    Selling text links for a fixed sum per month seems like a good idea. Imagine 10 links * 300$ each / month :p .

    The first think to do is keep a cool head.

    I have seen many people driven crazy after hit PR7, PR8, PR9, or PR10, satisfaction that last a few days because is only the result of the most recent Google dance, taking back the site to a lower PR after this.

    this is a silly question like asking someone what would they do if they had a oc-48 in there house.

    If you did the work to earn it you are not going to want to sell it and you will know what to do with it

    I would go nuts with affiliate ads and bragging of course. A small blog I have had a page rank 9 type of day. I had a post about how trailer trash Britney Spears is and how it was pissing me off at the time. It had been indexed for awhile. After Ms. Genius shaved her head recently, traffic to the article took off like a rocket. Affiliate and Adsense revenue record for me today.
