You agreed to their TOS which says they can ban you. So on what grounds are you going to sue them?

Please, just calm down and keep sending them polite mails stating your case. If possible keep adding more information that might help them. I've read here on this forum that it took someone 14 days with 1 mail per day to them to get reinstated, so just keep at it.

Where I am, the people who got banned for invalid clicks would come together, and at a specified time, they would all send an email to the company, expressing their innocence and dis-satisfaction.

no the thing is this guy is not at fault at all. I would be taking legal action mate. Even if the same 63 000 members are the only ones clicking on your adds its their choice. If a different ad comes up and there interested its their choice. Get a decent lawyer and threaten court action . They can't treat everyone like dirt who makes some money on it.

i know lawyers. they say. Even if it is in the tos.

Google should not be able to ban members such as yourself if your 63 000 members are the only ones clicking your adds. Cause when you think about it they probably buy heaps on the net and are the customers the advertizers are targeting. You should get paid not banned. This is not click fraud. Clicking on your own adds 100 times when you get 600 impressions a day is. But this my man is not. I advise go legal. If it happened to me i would to.

I wonder how many of the people complaining about this actually FULLY read the TOS when signing up. If they did, why did they agree to such terms? No leg to stand on...it's Google's program, they can administer it as they please. If you think it is so unfair why did you (collective you) join in the first place.

TOS stands for Terms of Service. In this case terms of service have been violated. As they have no real reason for disabling this persons account. Even if they can't check every ban it is their porogative to check every ban. TOS has been installed in disabling the account but it has also been violated because there are imposed reasons on their violation procedures which have not been accounted for. No company no big can generalise a problem with no proof and act on it. It is pretty much illegal

If the lawyer was sain he could also prosecute for monoplositic powers created by the TOS. Attacking the TOS itself.

    From Item 6:

Google may at any time, in its sole discretion, terminate all or part of the Program, terminate this Agreement, or suspend or terminate the participation of any Site in all or part of the Program for any reason.

Good luck. Participants presumably have read and understand the implications of the above sentence. Even if they didn't, they indicated their acceptance of that statement when they acknowledged that they had read the Terms. So what legal challenge can you provide to that that wouldn't be laughed out of court (assuming it even got that far?)

If that was directed at me, I fully understand sarcasm, thus my "in turn" response :)
