Its a shame to see people blatantly ripping off other people. I will be sure to stay away from any dealings with him, and I wish you the best of luck in getting your money back.

So he lied to PayPal and got your money and he is selling your services. Didn't PayPal ask you anything? Didn't you show them the actual thread? If that is the case, anybody can lie about anything and get money from people. It seems like PayPal acted unfairly.

As I use PayPal in all my transactions, I am also worried now. I can imagine how it feels for you.

Just don't give up and try to resolve it with PayPal. I am sure it is not as simple as that to get money from someone else.

They should explain to you, why they thing you were wrong so they refunded back the money to that person.

The user Anthony is probably with another username and doing transactions with other DP members. So he can do the same thing again to anyone. In this matter only DP moderators can help you by identfying his usernames and IPs so they could ban all.

    Goodluck Man.

I am waiting now for 2.5 years for a resolution of a case, so once they close case or say they are working on it, forget it.

    Wow. That is bad.

So don't you have the copyrights or trade rights for those WallPapers. Or you sold as well?

Talk to your lawyer and next time use an escrow service. If the value is enough that it will hurt if you get ripped off then protect yourself.
It's not for dp to tackle legal disputes - due diligence including checking post history, itraders and reputation are tools to use before trading.

IP addresses are easily faked via Proxy and in some countries there can be many unrelated users on the same IP.
