Cliplot.Com Is the new website that i just launched on feb 15 2007 please let me know what you think and what i can improve . . .
The site looks nice and the domain name is good, needs a lot more videos. My main criticism is that it doesnt really offer much more than the 100's of other video sites that are on the market. Okay there is a big market out there, but to take a decent chunk of it you are going to need to look for something that makes your site stand out from the rest. Okay I know this has been done, but maybe add contests where people can submit a vlog and people get to vote on the best ones, or something that makes people want to come back. Just a thought If you need some more videos for the site just me know as I have quite a few that I use on my arcade site.

Yes I agree with tigrrra on maybe getting a custum template, to many sites using the youtube style template.
