Looks like it lasted just over an hour.
That is not too bad. Thanks for bumping that thread for me.
I continue to recommend site5 though for a "mission critical" site, I'm not sure if support through email only is good enough.

david, you know, I was shocked the day I saw you're hosted at site5.
Get a dedi box at liquidweb...great service. (nice deals at WHT)

Almost everywhere (hosting forums) I have seen site5 having problems and customers extremely dissatisfied (especially shared hosting).

    I'll probably move to servint.net
I have a bigger forum hosted there and have been happy with their service.

Figures I was trying to check out the price of link removal, what is it please? And is there a deal on it like buying 10 licenses at a time too?

btw I have used site5 for around 9 months now and they are just OK, I have a couple of small shared accounts with a place called budget host and their uptime has been outstanding.

    thanks

In my country the biggest seo forum in my language is hosted from US on GoDaddy. Traffic is even bigger than for PLD and it runs OK.
So may you can negotiate with them good hosting offer? Just bumped up the topic on site5.

I'll be moving to www.servint.net shortly.
I think site5 will get back up and running shortly, and then we will proceed with the move in the next few days.

I wouldn't have a mission critical site hosted at an email support only host. With hosting being as cheap as it is these days you can great deals with live 24 / 7 support.

You should move out from site5 asap. I see WHT forum full with complaints against site5.

BTW: will you be moving to a dedicated box or VPS?
