The forum gets 200+ post a day. Our highest day was 800+ post. Its very active. Never had paid posters!
It makes money by selling banner space for 10 dollars and site wide footer links for 5 dollars. All in all it has made 40 dollars by ads. But I never tried adsense on it. XD
    VB License is included.
Only 2 Months and 13 days old!

    I'm quite interested.

Can I ask where the first month's growth came from? and what has created the recent decline? Also how are your forum's posts stats after the the 9th, as in how many posts etc did you your site receive on the 10th, 11th, 12th and 13th?

Also how much traffic is the site receiving and where is it recieving it from?

No sorry, the sale is pending for those site.

The first month growth came from January when I started replying to members question and they keep coming. We only opened on November 27. We still recieved 200+ post after the 9th.

The forum traffic recieves 500-1k uniques a day. Traffic is coming from google and mostly word of mouth. I also have some links to arcade games and other sites.

I'm interested but hesitant because of the way your post count seems to be trending, the fact that the site is so new, and that it has no earning history.

Those links at the bottom are they sold monthly - like are you earning $40/month or are they one off payments for permanent links?

Also you said that most of the traffic is coming form Google - do you care to list the keywords and SERPs you are receiving, you can PM it to me if you don't want to make it public.

Ah yes. Take all the precautions you need. Im not really a big poster on these forums.

The links on the bottom are sold monthly. I do earn 40 dollars a month. But I know I can get more. They are not permanent links. :)

I'll give you an ss of the keywords. :D And Im really sorry, but I have never sold a site before. This is my first time. ^_^

    Hi,

Whenever I see a forum for sale I do a quick review of post count to visitor, and here are my results for this forum.

You seem to have Just under 250 users with less than 5 posts, most of whom have none.

The top 10 posters have nearly 70% of all posts, and make 170 of the suggested 200+ posts a day. The highest posted makes 78 posts a day, on average.

These figures show that actually the vast majority of the members on this forum are inactive. Anything to say to this?

Their are alot of forums that have members that do not post. It doesnt mean their are unactive. Your figures are also wrong. More than half of the members posted at least 1 post. Many like to trade their virtual goods in the forum so they just post what they are buying. They usually check for offers. I also placed a page view limit of how many pages a visitor can view so that they will have to sign up in order to view more pages of the forum. Isn't it a good thing for members to post alot? That means its active. @.@

How can you say that because a member dosent post on a forum, they arent inactive?

If a member dosent talk on a forum, how can they be classed as active members? Go into the members list, and do advanced search, then order them by post count in accending order. You can then clearly see that just under 250 users have posted less than five posts.

If these active users don't post, what do they do?

Alright to explain to you that just because a member doesnt post, it doesnt mean they are active. They log on to see what is happening in the forum. They do not have to post to be active. Maybe they pm each other or talk on msn? And 5 post and less is not bad. Their are many members that just wants to post what they are trading.
