It is well blended and clever use of image ads. The main thing AdSense object to is when the ads can be confused with or mistaken for other adjacent page content. These ads come close to that but I think they are probably okay. The reason I say that is because they are not enclosed in a frame like the other content and they are also not perfectly aligned with the images above and below them. It's a matter of interpretation so be prepared for some others to interpret differently to me!

Not long ago AdSense issued guidance that they did not want publishers to align their ad units with images. Read more about it on my blog (shameless plug):

I think its fine, I have seen much more blended ad then this and those are the ones that should be having problems, but not this one.

 

Nicely blended with the content. Hope adsense won't mind it. Any how this site may get good number of visitors from DP as most of us visited the site at least twice...

 

Agreed. They could actually be 'blended' a lot more.

That was tricky... I think it's not allowed as it conceals the ads like it was part of the menu.

Yea the one at the top i clicked LOL! i thought it was part or the site navigation! Very good blending!

 

The top adsense links, which look like the site navigation, are the only ones I noticed.

yes!!! well blended and not easy to recognize.....

i gues it's gonna be harder for clicks because of the images. and another thing is that they might as well be not in line with the TOS of AdSense.
