PayPal In India: Some Question--Important!!!

    I am From India. I have a Paypal account. I use Pay Pal for past 4 month.
    I have

    1) Unverified Personal PayPal Account

    2)They Take No charge for past 4 transaction of $113,$87,$1 & $ 238



    3) In 5th Transaction They Tell " Fees Policy to reflect that Personal account holders may receive up to 5 credit card, debit card or Buyer Credit funded payments per 12 month period without having to upgrade to a Premier or Business account and updated fees for card or Buyer Credit funded payments for Personal accounts."

    This is because of debit card payment. Your payer use credit card/debit card for this payout.

    No, Its not new policy.

    Paypal don't charges for receiving money in Personal Account

    To accept payments from credit card you must have Business/Premium account and in your Business/Premium account they will always charge for receiving money.

    One person can open one Premium account and one Personal Account.

    You can use 1 credit card to verify 1 paypal account only.

    Yes. PayPal allows you to open maximum two accounts with two different email ids, one Premium account and one Personal Account. Your both account shouldn't be of same type.
