Can you promote parked domains?

For example, I have a directory dedicated to parked domains. Are people allowed to post their parked domains and remain in good status with the parking company? I just read somewhere else that you are not allowed to promote any parked domains, but all I've seen is that you can't pay anyone to have them click on your link.

parking companies don't like fake traffic.. they like all natural traffic so some froun on it and some just don't allow you at all to link to parked domains

    SEDO says the following

    and Parked.com says this

    I see..

Well the directory I have is a list of domains for sale, so there wouldn't be a problem, right?

Why don't you send parked.com a message and ask about it?

I'm not using parked.com at all. I'm sure each different place has different rules as well. But the directory is just a list of all domains for sale, no one is getting paid to view the sites and click links, it's not an automated system, so I don't see how there could be a problem with it.

You can't list the domain's URL there.

Well, from my experience if you were to promote your parked domain names by submitting to privately owned directories, you are just wasting your time because your url will be considered as spam by webmasters.

Why would it be considered as spam?

I have a directory dedicated to only parked domains for sale. What would be wrong with other people submitting their's into it?
