I don't think that these free advertising websites works. If you want to drive traffic to your site for free, join some high traffic forum, stick there, reply good answers to people's question. Add your site link in your signature and don't spam by advertising your site on whole forum.

Create a viral video and the advertising will be free. The best way is by promoting your site at forums by making helpful replies of course but make sure they are of the niche you are a part of. Search around the forums here I am sure this has been asked hundreds of times in the past. I wish you the best.

Wikipedia will not work long if articles that you put in there didn't match their rules...StumbleUpon will definitely bring you traffic just widen up your network...improve your link popularity by submitting your site to directories, blogging, joining on forums, link exchange, link baiting - improve your contents; bring something new to your site that you think many will link to your site as you have valuable and quality site...
