I have two vbulletin 'leased' licenses, one expiring next month and the other in about 4 months, the one with 1 month has nothing happening and seems like it has been a waste of money, and the one with 4 months has a community on it that is barely active with around 2k posts and 400 members but is a non earner and i cant justify the new vbulletin license What would / can you do with them...
I know i cant sell them, would people be interested in buying the domain and database of the other community do you think?

Not real attractive if there's no history of revenue. Let it be a lesson learned maybe? And next time use a free forum software solution which you can later convert if things take off.
Glen, many people are interested in buying an existing community, to help them start up or to expand their existing community, etc. I see people looking all the time, so you should advertise them for sale in the sites forum, the new owner can just get their own license.
