Got the answer:
Single Purchase. Once registered for this offer, you must use your PayPal account to spend at least $30.00 USD or $34.50 CAD on a single purchase on an eligible website.

According to the Terms & Conditions that's correct (you you pay the $30+ all at once. I'm assuming go-daddy as domain bulk orders?)

 

Why do you need to submit your email address to that site? Is it owned by paypal?

 

I put in my Paypal address into the form, then went to GoDaddy and spent $36 but nothing happened.

Are you supposed to see the credit right away?

 

Rebate Payment. The $15.00 USD rebate will be deposited into your PayPal account by May 28, 2007. so i guess its not a instant rebate but may take sometime

 

Stupid lawyer talk..What does by May 28th mean

Does that mean everyone gets their rebate on the 27th of May or that they process them as they come in (meaning maybe in a couple of days) and they guarantee to finish up crediting them by then.

I can't imagine you have to wait 4 months for the credit

Hope you were not angry on me but if its was referred to paypal then yes its a stupid system or who knows another trick to get their merchants a boost in the sales and a boost in their fees income
