    NO I will NOT go 50/50 revenue share if you do the updates, so stop asking! Geezus, where do some people get the ideas from seriously? You spend like 3 years building a site up, then plan to sell it, and douchbags offer you a revenue % if they do the updates??? WTF.

    If you require finance, don't even bother wasting my time or yours.

    After being fucked around 3 times now, if the next person fucks me around, I'm keeping your non-refundable 10% deposit.

    I'm just tired of it. I'd swear people who buy websites are just tyre kickers or used car salesmen in previous lifetimes........
