I've seen it before and it makes me laugh more every single time I see it. The debris from the plane is so small, there is nothing at all consistant with a large commercial airliner hitting the Pentagon. I googled downwash sheet reaction 1 - 4 of about 55 for "downwash sheet reaction" I see they're all CT sites. I've been flying paragliders for 12 years and many co-pilot/friends fly commercial airliners and I have never heard that term in my life, but I have heard of ground effect.
I also searched DP for "downwash sheet reaction" and only found it in this thread, seems to be a recently invented term.
