    What is a decent price on newer auto updating sites averaging $1 per day? I know there are a lot of variables but I'm looking for a ballpark to decide if it's something I want to offer. If it's something viable for both of us we can handle 1 or 10,000 of them.

    Yes I understand, we build them all the time for ourselves. However, I might be interested in making them for others or selling the ones we have if the price is right. If the dollar amount is right we would be better off taking a loss by selling for a flat rate because we can use the cashflow to build more. I just have no idea what something like this goes for.

    If income can be verified then low is 10 times monthly income.

    high is 12 times monthly income.

    I am going by the prices big guys on the other forum I belong to use.
