I don't have traffic stats since the creator of the website is useing a shared server.. But you can get a feel from the screen shot above it get's a decent amount of traffic.

I don't have logins to the stats. It's a shared server. The person who built it doesn't give me the authority to login and even if i did it would be a mix with like 15 sites. So the stas would be wrong...

Well, what about proof of revenue? Also do you happen to know where most of the traffic comes from? The ability to prove where the traffic comes from and how much there is does make it pretty iffy and lower the value. I'm still interested though.
