If he stays on the line long enough, a whistle will work wonders. Most of these types of people - they get off doing this to you, knowing it bothers you. We have caller ID, and refused to let callers call us without knowing their number. We also can block certain numbers as well, just in case.
It used to happen to me in the past.. So I used to keep the phone lifted.. and play my music.... Sooner or later.. he got bored... or she got bored and stopped calling.

Then you showed that you freaked out about how I guessed that Icheb was your real name. I just stuck "Icheb" there because that was your username. THAT WAS NOT THE THING... what I thought was that you were surprised as to how I figured that Icheb was your real name because you thought that all one could figure from your username was that it was your username and not your real name. Well what I was referring to, does he call at specific times? Do you know it is him before you pick up the phone? Blow the whistle when you pick up the phone. It wasn't him that you just answered and blew the whistle but a friend? Hm, something must have been wrong with the phone line.
I didn't mean to offend you or anything, however to me there's a difference between using humor with a minuscule thing like that and something that actually means anything. Anyway, got a letter from the police today saying that there's going to be a hearing on Wednesday. Depending on the outcome they'll set some things in motion which will result in our Deutsche Telekom having to surrender this guy's address. I have some suspects myself and if it is who I think it is I'm going to sue him for compensation for pain and suffering. This is going to be FUN (no sarcasm this time). He always calls between 12pm and 1pm and between 5pm and 6pm. But it's going to be more fun just suing him and the more often he calls the better for me and the worse for him in the end.
