Placement of Ads?

    Can anyone help me with placement of my ads? My website is bryansrants.com. I have only made 8c this month. I really want to get the revenue up without it being intrusive. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

    Good looking site. I like your right paper blocks.
    You should try selling "text links" instead of CPC or CPM campaings.
    But before you need to gain some more Page Rank (at least PR4).

    if he was using adbrite he might be making more.
    etology CPC is alot lower.when you made that 8 cents,were they from 8 clicks?:D

    i would put the links on top (at least withen the fold) and put them in a paper block if you can.it would look more pretty. :)

    I tried to get it in the paper and it did not work. Also, Etology is making me WAY more than AdBrite ever was. I can't have AdSense because I was kicked out years ago and they are dumb. Plus I would never make $100 to cash out. Any other ideas?

    zK0 that is a great idea. The one problem I have with that is you have to put that code on every post.

    Update: Sorry I have been gone so long. I have updated it so now it is in a "page" on the navbar and "above the crease". Also, in the ones before the comments on the actual page of the post I have changed the exact color to the blue of the pages.

    What does everyone think? Any more helpful ideas? Are there any advertisers out there besides YPN and AdSense that target ads to your content?

    No you dont. Just make a CSS code and place the ad code in your "single" (I guess that is the name) file.

    This is the CSS code I use:

    .ad {
    	width:125px;
    	height:125px;
    	float:right;
    	border-left:1px dotted #DDDDDD;
    	border-bottom:1px dotted #DDDDDD;
    	margin-left:15px;
    	margin-bottom:15px;
    	padding-left:5px;
    	padding-bottom:5px;
    	}
    Code (markup):
    I have placed that under the

    <div class="entry">
    <p>Author:&nbsp;<?php the_author() ?></p>
    Code (markup):
    In my "single" file.

    I might have to give that a shot. I just applied for new advertising so we will see what happens. If I get accepted I might just do it.
