Need help transfering database

Hi everyone, I am transfering to new hosts but I want to keep all my foru database, how can i do this, i supose I need to export it in phpMyAdmin and then import it? Am I right?

 

In the Cpanel, look for Backups, click each of the databases, save them, and then on your new host go to backups, then browse for it and upload it.

YOU WILL HAVE TO CREATE THE USERS AGAIN. but thats not a problem

 

So i create the users manually and i will lose posts too?

Just for clarification, you're talking about creating database users, correct?

As opposed to forum members which would also be stored in a database.
