minimum requirements for Text Link Ads

    I prefer Reviewme to Textlink .. they take into account Technorati and RSS subscribers when pricing a blog.. which is something I like. Not a text-link marketplace though.

    I have got PR 4 tech site and it hasn't been approved yet.

    They declined offer when site got PR 0, today site has PR 4 and I send them an email and they did not respond.

    Zokii just submit your site via their website again and you'll find its approved immediately. You don't have to email them.

    I tried to submit site again but it doesn't allow to submit sites which were declined in the past.

    Just wait a while and see what happens. That's what I am doing. I suspect that the algo only accepts you if you meet some high requirements, but the human inspection of your sites is probably easier to pass.

    Yes they tend to want PR4 and PR5 home pages and inner pages with PR3+, they do charge higher prices but they sell more to end users.
