One of my PHP Proxy used like 60GB a day with an average of 10k uniques/day. But I have disabled hotlinking and converted to CGI on it now and uses only at the max 400mb/day
They don't, PHP uses more bandwidth, CGI uses more system resources By the way Nestrer I sent you your money back
Cool no problem. My paypal is mattrochow {at} gmail {dot} com Send over $7 (this applies for everyone) and include your username so I know who it's from, and the email you want me to send the book to (or if you want it emailed to your paypal address, just say so)
If you guys can get your proxies up in Google you will be raking in the $$$ For $7, I would have to wonder why some people wouldn't invest in it (unless they are good at seo of course)
Notice: Google are actually suspending alot of proxy users right now, so I suggest using AdLogger and Adengage. Pays just as well
That is adsense though, I am taking about search engine rankings! Yeah.. I've always known I'm going to get banned soon enough
Regarding google adsense banning: you must have content on the page you put adsense on. Don't click your own ads. Block foreign traffic (iran, iraq, korea, china, etc) as these countries pay almost nothing and are more prone to fraudulent activity.
Thanks, you're not the first (and hopefully not the last!). It's important when designing sites to think not only of the design and content and ads, but also make it SEO friendly and optimised.
I got a server at MMB, but when I deal with cgiproxy, it just display it's source code instead of interpret and run it.. PHP support on (PHP 'safe_mode' off ) CGI support on mod_perl support on
