I run an internet services company in the UK. We are looking to employ one person (probably from India although we are open to suggetsions) to help us with things like web design, seo, directory submissions etc.

Anybody know the best place to look.

I'm not interested in companies as we already have a few overseas suppliers, this must be an individual.

You can place and ad over at webhostingtalk.com..lot of techies hanging around and they have a dedicated job offers section of their forum.

why don't you just try one of the freelancer sites like rentacoder.com or getafreelancer.com ?
