$50 Logo & Header Design Contest

Decided to do some dev work on our site www.xenyo.com and firstly need a logo and Header design, thought I'd give the talented guys at DP a go

The site provides resources and services for Asian webmasters


1. Clean Design on White Background
2. Should have Internet Marketing and Asia somewhere on logo or header.
3. A slightly Asian feel if possible.
4. The site would be catered mainly for 1024 width but best if it works in 800 too.
5. Payment in Paypal - USD50 for winner
6. Winning design to provide PSD, fonts and coded banner version.
7. Home, Services, Forum, Resources as Main buttons leave room for one or two future expansion. Contact us as a smaller link on header.

Winning design will be chosen within a few days so work over the weekend ..

Is it the price, the coding or what?

I am not too fond of the colour scheme ... seems a bit pastel for an Internet marketing site.

Play on the X is good though and we could be looking at something like that.

 

What kind of colour scheme would you be looking at? With that, is it the right size, does it need anything added, etc.

 

For the logo, I am looking for something brandable .. and maybe sort of professional looking.

The Asia can be seperate from Internet Solutions or not there at all.

Colour is better but looking for something with a bit more identity.

I don't want to spoil with alot of singular asian references.

 

Aye, Asian reference doesnt need to be that strong and maybe could just be on the header.

 

Thing is sir, Asia is a big continent Lol. If I put say a chinese symbol in, your viewers won't recognise it as asian, but chinese, japanese or korean - You know what I mean?

 

The site will be marketed mainly to far East Asian countries such as China, Singapore, Hong Kong etc. so an oriental theme would be appropriate.

however, as you said, Asia is a big continent with mainly cultures that even the above would be hard to classify. This is the reason why i said slightly Asian feel if possible.

More importantly is a logo that looks good and is brandable.
